Melee singles and doubles

BRACKET ENTRY LIMIT: 4

FEES:
Venue Fee - $15
All Singles Events - $10
All Doubles Events - $20 (per team)

SCHEDULE:
Registration/Warm-ups - 9:30am - 11am
Doubles for all events - 11am
Singles for all events - 2pm (est)

PAYOUTS:
60/30/10

FOOD:
Food will be served at the venue, instead of charging for individual burgers/dogs and everything else, the venue fee has been raised to $15 (as opposed to our normal $10) to cover all of the costs we spend to cater the event.

DISCOUNTS:
First 10 full setups (TV & System) get venue fee half off
First 3 to bring 2 full setups, one of which being a WiiU with Sm4sh, venue fee is waived completely

REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds for venue fee or bracket entries. If you pay to enter a bracket, TRIPLE CHECK that you have signed the bracket entry form for your event. If you do not sign the sheet we will not know to put you on the bracket.

FUNDRAISER:

We will be raffling off FREE entries into the following tournaments, all money that goes into the raffle will be donated directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation

I have two young men that would like to attend this event. However, we cannot get there until around noon. How does this work with registration? Both would like to participate in singles events. If we arrive later than 11 am can we still attend and compete in the event? Can we fill out registration on line or via email? Thank you in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Mrs. Hubbard

registration is at the venue. registration for singles is open until doubles ends (around 3 PM).
