Hey everybody deluxemenu here one of your east houston TO's. Bringing CTB back last CTB we had 37 entrants after not having one for months now lets shoot for 45+ 
. Lets make this a great event folks. As usual anyone who brings a full setup will get free venue entry. i can supply free venue for atleast 10 setups if 40 ppl sign up otherwis ei cna only supply fre venue for 8 setups. Dont forget this is double elimination so do not worry if you lose in winners you can continue through losers. There is no age restriction or fun restriction so eveyrone have fun. i will be bringing rivals of aether so if anyone wants to play feel free to bring your own contorler and have fun

SMASH 4 Singles Rule Set
Game Settings:Singles: 3 Stock, 8 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Equipment Off, 2/3 Games (3/5 in semi-finals/finals matches)
Starter Stages: Battlefield, Final Destination, Smashville, Lylat Cruise, Town & City.
Counter stages:Castle Siege, Delfino Plaza, Duck Hunt, Halberd, DL64, Peaches castle 64, Wuhu
Initial stage selection: Players determine first stage ban by either rock paper scissors or flipping a coin or mutual agreement. players then ban stages in a 1-2-1 manner to pick a stage.
Additional Rules:
Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
Following stages decided by winner banning 2 stages from all stages and then loser choosing.
Any matches that are best of five, there are no stage bans.
You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
