On January 30th, the Digital Media Institute at Intertech will host its first Smash Bros. Tournament. The event will feature Melee, Project M, and Smash 4 singles. "Battle for the Port" will be the first in an on-going series of competitive tournaments geared towards developing the smash scene in North LA, so please come out and show support!
Venue Fee: $2
Event Fee: $5 per event (2 event limit)
Payouts:
1st: 60%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 10%
Bring your own controller.
Schedule:
11:00 - Sign-ins begin
12:00 - Melee sign-ups end
12:30 - Melee start
2:30 - Smash 4 sign ups end
3:00 - Smash 4 start
4:30 - Project M sign ups end
5:00 - Project M start
Please message the event organizers on Facebook if you want to volunteer your full setup in exchange for a waived venue fee or have any questions. Non-complete setups are also greatly appreciated and will be used if possible.

Smash 4:
* Singles: 2 stock, 6:00 minute timer.
* Items set to OFF and none.
* Custom moves and equipment are banned.
* 1111 Default Mii Brawler, Swordsman and Gunner are legal characters. This is the default Mii provided by the game.
* Transferring of Miis to the console is banned.
* All DLC Characters are legal (if a setup is lacking a DLC character you wish to play, report it to the TO and your match will continue on a different set-up).
