Smash Rookie
Wanna prove you're a really good Smash Bros. player, or just hang out with other competitive Smashers? Come on over to CCBC for hours of spikes, reads, backslashes and what-have-yous.
CCBC students only: $1 deposit to spectate or $2 deposit to compete
(Deposits must be dropped off at the Student Life office and can refunded)
Non-CCBC Student: You must pay $2 to spectate or $5 to compete.
(CASH-AT-DOOR ONLY & NON-REFUNDABLE)
Non-CCBC students can get the discounted student rate (non-refundable) by registering early by visiting the student life office. Don't forget to check in on the Facebook event page

Deposits will be reimbursed starting the Monday after the event. You will have until the end of student life office hours on the last day before thanksgiving break to collect your money. Otherwise, all monies will be forfeited and will go towards our fundraising efforts that include a charitable donation to safe house of hope. A charity organization whose mission includes outreach and support for sex trafficking victims. For more info: www.safehouseofhope.org
The Day of the Event: Check in will begin at 11am, and ends NO LATER THAN 12. It is HIGHLY recommended that you bring your own controller, but we can provide you with one if needed. Awards will be presented before 4pm. This event is catered by Chick-fil-a, so be there! Invite everyone, your brother, your mother, your neighbor.

- 6 Minutes
- Best 2 of 3, Semis and Finals are 3 of 5 (Only in Top 16)
- Double Elimination
- The Winner of Winners Bracket and Winner of Losers Bracket in each pool will move on to Top 16
