Team Salty Joystiq here to bring you another Smash bros Tournament! This is our 4th installment in out Monthly tournament, we also have bi-weeklies that have good turn-outs but they are practice for our monthlies. These tournaments have a bigger pay out cause it cost a little bit more than our bi-weekly tournaments. These monthlies feature Smash 4, and Melee. We have PM set ups and are welcome to run a bracket for it but not too many people have been interested in PM Single Smash 4 has arrived. However if people come to run a bracket for it we will host it! Our tournaments run standard EVO rules so every can get used to the rules by the time the event arrives if they haven't gotten used to them already from previous tournaments. Our monthly tournaments Start around 3pm we open at 2pm and take sign ups at the door! This is the standard time schedule give or take a half hour..
Smash 4 Singles [ 3:30 ]
Melee Singles [ 4:30 ]
Project M [ 5:00 ]
After the first game starts we start the following game once the first game is half way through the bracket just incase people participates sign up for more than one game and won't be forced to switch between said games and slow down the bracket as well. Now we can discuss prices..
Venue [ 10.00 ]
Melee [ 10.00 ]
Smash 4 [ 10.00 ]
Project M [ 10.00 ]
Each game must have a minimum of 10 participants to run the bracket that way the prize pot is at 100 and worth playing for. Sometimes Project M drops to 5 dollars so more people will be interested in playing it and it can get the numbers it need to run bracket. Now as far as the actual Venue goes we have 3 Wii U Setups 3 Melee Setups and 2 PM Setups. If you bring a setup and we use it you receive 5 Dollars off your Venue fee! The tournaments are ran at a good pace and are usually over by 10-11pm so be sure to pack water or a lunch, however we do sell drinks and snacks incase you forget! hope to see you all there!
