Nice guide, man. This helped me alot, as reading is one of the hardest things for me, and I'm usually an open book to more experienced players. This gets a huge thumbs up from me.

This guide is fantastic for new players! I couldn't explain how I just knew how to do when where (like edge-guarding) to my friend, so I emailed him this link and he told me it really helped him! Now I can't easily punish his slow edge get-up. As I said before, this is a guide every "noob" should read, it can help a lot in all SSB games :)

Muffintastic advise. Well explained, perhaps look for spelling and awkward sentence structure when explaining a situation of the topic. The key of explanation with advise is to have a clear flow throughout your point. Look into breaking a part your sentences of the example to ease the reader into the main focus of your explanation. Such as:
"You dash forward into a dash attack. He shields, then punishes with a forward grab. You tech-roll back, you are punished with a dash grab. etc." Basically, shorten the length of the situational match with strict movement/punish/recovery options.

This is amazing, although a little high level for a noob like me. I'm going to try and process this but it may take me a few months. Any chance we can get a beginner's guide to reading?

Fantastic overview of all the things a player should look out for. You should add tech chasing and maybe reads in the air mid-combo, like air dodging or combo breaking with an aerial. But everything you wrote here is extremely helpful, and I like the specific character examples as well!
