You give some good ideas for Kirby vs. Sheik, but you're forgetting the tools Sheik has to beat Kirby. Needles destroy him in the air, allowing Sheik to camp Kirby out completely. Any kill move Sheik has is just going to destroy Kirby completely. Kirby also shouldn't be able to have inhale work unless you hard read your opponent, which you should be using a kill move instead. Sheik's movement will also allow Sheik to grab him and gain major damage, while not allowing Kirby to do anything. All in all, I am going to assume this was made for mid-level play, but your reasoning is flawed, and didn't take into account most of Sheik's movement. I did like how you at least tried to explained why Kirby can win the match-up.
