Hello everyody, I'm here to talk a little bit more about Ryu since I was really dsappointed to not see a lot of guides for him, so here I go!
It's been some time now and nobody has been talking about it: Ryu can use the Z button (or any grab button) to do his true inputs. While it is not very useful on it's own, here comes the cool part: True Inputs will ALWAYS be the weakest one.
You would think that it's useless because it only does the weak version, but it's fantastic, since it can be used for 2 things:
1- Shakunetsu Hadoken
This move will always be at it's slowest, meaning that it can approach better without messing up and have it go too fast.
2- Tatsumaki Senpukyaku
In early percents, you would not want the strong version since it lasts long enough to make your opponent be able to punish you. If it's at it's weakest (true input), it will travel less far, thus giving you more time to react what comes next.
I know it's not a game changing discovery, but it might as well help other people to do their inputs easier (I use it often as well). I hope it helped and sorry for my english!
