Watch Your Posture - Wii Fit Trainer Beginner's Guide

Watch Your Posture - Wii Fit Trainer Beginner's Guide

A great guide with a layout that can be followed efficiently that delivers the basics for probably the most unique character in the Smash Bros roster to date. I just recently got into WFT as one of my mains because of sheer oddity and uniqueness. Also it's just funny when a personal trainer wins against anime swordsmen, angels and goddesses, dinosaurs, flame-wielding Italian plumbers, fire breathing turtles, and giant penguins with mallets.

Good job on the guide though, I learned a bunch :D
A perfect springboard for newcomers to dive into the sea of waifu that is Wii Fit.
This review is in-depth, but also very helpful and straight to the point with the tl;dr sections. I've always been a huge Wii Fit Trainer fan just due to her oddity, I used to think she was uncompetitive and weak, despite hundreds of battles. Mostly I would freefall die from Super Hoop. I never knew you could mash B to boost it. This review is THE BOMB DIGGITY!
A straightforward review with some hefty spirit in it that keeps me motivated.
The guide provides many helpful tips for all beginners who are curious about Wii Fit Trainer.
Guide title got me to straighten my back .
Great beginners guide for WFT. I have a couple things to add. The angle on WFT side B can be changed depending on your timing of hitting B a second time. If you rapidly tap B after your initial input i causes the ball to fly parallel with the ground for awhile. If you hit it later, or just let the animation run, the ball is spiked at about a 45 degree angle to the ground. The second piece of information I have to contribute is more so a warning to beginners. If you hit side B and immediately air dodge, the game animation acts as if you have used your up B disabling any other moves or dodges from occurring . The final piece of advise I have for now is if you are hanging off of the edge and the opponent is close to the edge if you drop down and immediately jump with an f-air then you can get under their shield setting them up for a small combo. As we explore WFT capabilities beginning and advanced, we can whip this guide into shape. Once again great job Daxter!
Guide does what it needs to do. Very clear in explaining all her moves and is a good starting point for new players.
Good.
Good initial overview of the character for somebody thinking about picking her/him up but don't know a lot about her/him. It doesn't go into heavy details or more advance stuff - but I gather that's not this guide's purpose, - it's good for what it is.

It got me intrigued enough that I want to consider picking her/him up, so it worked! Thanks~
Great basic guide!

I have a little bit that I do with WFT that i thought you might want to know.

So basically she can wall jump on stages like Yoshi's Island etc. a little trick I like to do for recovery when I'm low and next to the wall, Wall jump > Side B
or if you're quite far down and have still have a jump to use then Wall jump > Jump > side B

I've also found that with F-Air if you hit a person shielding with the foot of your F-Air it has some shield poke
I'm not sure why everybody thinks Nair is such a bad approach since it's her combo starter as well as a shield eater.I feel like it's her main move to depend on.

Sadly N-Air has never helped me approach anyone. It's too short range, it has a good amount of lag if it misses and it's slower than some other options. :(
Good review about her basic moves. Doesn't currently cover any advanced techniques, combos, or matchups.
