    That up special is pretty obviously Air Slash. As far as I can tell his moves are: neutral: Change Monado's symbol side: Can't tell Down: Cyclone, or possibly a spinning stream edge? Up: Air Slash Edit: His hands seems to glow pink for a while... Enchant maybe?
