Ok, I found a way!!!!!! yaaaaaaaaaaaaay! You have to delete your wifi settings so the system doesn't try to access wifi. It worked every time for me.

So, I go to stage builder and the launcher loads. On the top update bar, it displays the messages "loading updates" or something like that. Then, I get a screen with a code dump. It always happens when the updates bar tries to load. It was working two days ago and the day before that, but this...
