Bayonetta will be fine. Bayo mains will find new ways to combo and adapt to her changes, even if she goes down 2~4 tiers. hell Bayo mains like myself are still super happy that she is even in the freaking game! but these are still undeniably very harsh nerfs to her neutral/combo etc. game...
