Alright, thank you! I'll delete this if I can. I already had a look, but all I could really find was more advanced and specific things, not so much broad and general playstyle

How should each of them generally play?

The only combo I really know is the spindash into aerials, what else is there? What moves do you usually net kills with?

What's the main difference between the playstyles? I'm assuming defensive is more slow/punishing/not approaching?

Normally I can eventually get good enough to win at least once against someone, but I prob just lost a total of 20-30 times to this Sheik in a row. Lost all motivation honestly haha

I've always been able to beat someone by switching characters, but this Sheik has beat me 20 times in a row now. They're so good I have given up hope on ever being anywhere near to as close as good as this person is, I'm at my skill cap unfortunately and I am taking my leave from Smash forever.

I was stressing hard over finding a main who would be high on the tier list and not broken, someone who I thought had a ton of potential. I just kept bouncing around from character to character. So screw it, I'll just main my favorite character, ignoring tier lists and whatnot. So, Link it...

The thing is, the KO power on its own isn't useful if the character just gets bullied and controlled, that's why I was hoping for a bit of a mix
