I'm having the same problem as Nyon. http://imgur.com/BPyRywD I can play 3.6 fine, just not through netplay it seems.

It seems my dolphin is having a bit of difficulty with this version. I can play fine (actually haven't tried a netplay round yet), but sometimes it stutters. Goes down to like 30fps sometimes. Anyone else notice stutters where there was none previously? Regardless I love this version.
