Well I stopped playing her in tourneys back in like may or something but for the time being, I'm still somewhat active of the jiggs boards... though it's mainly only in the JBR or to keep people from being ******** on the boards.

I'm not new to pokemon (competitive, yes), but rattata learns endeavor at lv37 so at lv1 it would be hacked.

And yes, sorry I did mean focus SASH, my bad

I do mean focus Band, cuz that's the one that allows you to have one HP left when attacked. And that's also the reason for lv. 50, that way when attacked by a 100 it's HP is brought down to 1 and then endeavor + quick attack =2HKO.
