Meh. So far I've seen projectile spamming is the most effective spamming. Really though, if someone's spamming, chances are their playstyle is easily readable. Just jump/roll spam until you can attack them. If they keep doing it, just leave and search for someone else.

There's some big differences between the characters. The Shiek AI often tries to spam the grenade attack, leaving himself wide open constantly. Meanwhile the Lucina AI has counter on it's side... I often set the AI to level 8 if the character I choose to fight has counter. Level 9 AI will spam...

Are there any challenges that give you mii hats or costumes?

Grabbing is pretty weak if they know you're going to do it long before. Just disrupt them with some jabs or aerial attacks.

But I like all those modes... :( All Star, Classic, Home Run Contest, and Multi Man mode feel almost exactly the same as they have before. The target break is less fun than before though, I agree. Smash Run isn't really anything new to me, as someone with countless hours in Kirby Air Ride...

I don't know why but I ended up using green.

I did that once when I was working on schoolwork after playing on 3ds.
