How is Sonic detrimental? I mean, sure he's fast and has lots of approach options, but he's pretty light, and you outrange him. -

So today I learned that Quick Draw runs right through that little ******* Luma, and now I've finally won a match against Rosalina. Usually I get forced out and can't ever get in. Usually I'm able to get by reading a smash or tilt and short hop Fair-ing over it. -

I'd give him his sword wave projectile from PoR/RD and drop either Quick Draw or Counter. Leaning towards Counter. -

Do you guys have any general advice on learning to approach? My biggest issues right now are Bowser Jr., Duck Hunt, and Villager, but any overall tips on getting in would be appreciated. -

In my incredibly limited experience, I did better when I stuck to the ground against Shulk. I stuck to throws, punishing with A combo, Dtilt, and shorthop Bairs. -

I'm making do with the GamePad until I get a chance to go out and buy a Pro Controller. Btw, hello to everyone. Always been a big fan of Smash, but never really played competitively. Decided to try and play a bit more seriously with Smash 4.
