I didn't realize how terrible I actually am on Skyworld... Got Jab locked, twice, because I can't tech. Believe me I'm working on that now.
I don't like how everyone's hitboxes are so laggy on that stage though. That and the cave of life effect in the center of the stage are my main problems with it. I'll get used to it though. Or ban it.

About the ruleset though, I have a small problem. You say in the beginning that all swallocides, Bowercides, and Ganoncides result in a win for the player who initiated the attack (assuming each player only has one remaining stock of course). Then you go on to say that if the LGL does not declare either player the winner, then the result of the match is determined by what the game says in all situations. It's a contradiction in the ruleset and I would just like to know which takes priority, the Swallow/Bowser/Ganoncides or what the game says. Port priority says that Player one will win if Bower suicides, but goes to sudden death in Port two, and something else for Ganon I can't remember right now. I'm just asking because I play a little Bowser.
