I have died like one hundred times with Toon Link there. I think the 'ground' is water so I think it is safe to DAIR. If that was water it would be an okay stage. Lol silly dair.

17. On a Large stage, don't make the stage small and at the top. 18. On a Small stage, don't cover every little space of land. Usually leads to temple effects or hall like areas. Also, both of these usually make it hard to recover. Should be common sense, but just in case. Haha.

They all wait for the giant hands to come pick them...poor people. They stand by their windows in rooms they cannot leave... then giant hands forcefully drag them out through the window... then they fight for their lives... or those same hands try to kill them... Overall, a great life.

Anything so that there is not two of the same final smashes...I mean, come on! There are a million differences between Link and TL in their respective games, but WHY the same final smash? He should control the weather (ie. snow, lightning, acid rain, etc.) that effects the entire stage but himself.

Yeah. Tahtah is right, in a way. You can still use projectiles against Pikmin and Olimar, but your best bet is actually Physical attacks. Don't be scared to be close to him just because he has Pikmin. Your best bet would probably be ariels and occassional projectile. The projectile I loved...
