rSix sounds familiar but I don't think I've ever played Doctor Mario in For Glory as the records in the vault say I have 1 game, 2 KOs, 3 falls and 1 loss with him online which is obviously impossible in FG. I change characters every game. As I recall a lot of our matches went to stalemate. I think there was a Mario and a Pikachu game that did so, I don't remember who else I played. I'm Ty on 3ds.

Can you really pull this off despite the landing lag on fair? The dash attack / fsmash? Even if they vector away?

Played some more Ike tonight, have had the most success with fair especially if I train them to think I'll just edgeguard with eruption because the online input delay makes hitting the fair easier. It can KO too. Still working on the eruption timing.

I played a Mega Man named Monty earlier, he was pretty solid I thought, though I couldn't find him on the subforum.

What are my options? I have been trying eruption, fair, dair, nair and occasionally counter, either on the recovery itself or on the ledge attack if I read it.

D3 crouch = god tier.

I am not sure how people are playing against Ness but he feels difficult to me. Dash grab feels risky because of PK Fire and it feels like almost anything I try can be responded to with shieldgrab into his downthrow + fair shenanigans. Counter doesn't feel like anything special since Ness can...

IMO he is frustrating to play against but no more frustrating than Toon Link, Duck Hunt, or Zero Suit Samus.

Played against "Skye" (Lucina main I think?) for an hour or so, super fun games. I think my favorites were the Charizard v. Pikachu game and the Villager v. Dr Mario game. Nice Lucina, hope to play again some time. My IGN is Ty.

You can't seem to escape his f-air anymore so you can basically destroy people if you catch them with it while fast falling offstage. Have killed myself a number of times trying to do this though. Seems better than d-air honestly.
