    Lucario...top tier?

    Do you think Lucario will be a top tier character? I think he could. Double team could cause hell on the opponent especially if you got a lot of damage since Lucario deals more damage when he's got a lot of damage. and his FS could causes hell on the opponent since you could trap them easily...

    @Icantcount: it'll be 8am still. clock 'reset' at 2 am so you'll lose an hour of sleep but stores will still open at regular time. it'll feel like 7 am but in fact be 8 am
