I was fighting a pikachu a little while back, and I was at 200 something % and he was at like 60% both on our last stock. So I had my bucket 2/3 filled up when he used his thunder, and I bucketed it. after a few close calls im at 250% and hes at 150%, I run at him and he uses his side smash...
