Well the only thing Sonic would be good for is putting him on level one and going 3vs1 on him. That would be fun to finally pulvirize the little thing. LOL- old_jawa

People you have to think here. Luigi is shown as a trophie. However in the trailer it shows Mario and others such as Kirby and Ness as trophies. They ARE playable. So just because Luigi is a trophy does not mean he is playable. You people put too much faith in what other people say...- old_jawa

Think about this. Sega is a third party developer. Hal is second party,and for those who do not know Hal makes SSB not Nintendo. Sega just recently became a third party developer, SSBM was probablly started before this happen. Also it begins to cost money. Would the ICe Climber be in if they...- old_jawa

I don't think any Sega characters will be in the game. Sega is affilated with Nintendo as a third party developer, not second party like Rare or Hal. And so if Sonic, or any nonNintendo character are in the game Hal would have to buy the rights from Sega costing lots of money...- old_jawa
