    Would it be possible to make a moves priority list?

    There are 4 tilts, 5 aerials, 3 smashes, 4 specials, and sometimes 2 edge attacks. That's 18 attacks. Some of those attack are actually 2, e.g. Link's foward air, which attacks twice. So for the sake of compensating that and for easy math, let's make it ~20 per characters. There's 35...

    Shield rolling gets by those arrows very easily.

    any dair spammers?

    I use dair a lot. It's easy % ranked up and very little lag, so most of the time you can get a forward smash in there right after. But I have a hard time using it to spike people. Maybe it's just certain characters.

    Never have, not even when the lag was ridiculous. I don't disconnect, I get disconnected.

    Do you think anything is "cheap?"

    I discuss this sometimes with my friends. I coined the turn "cheaping". You see, cheaping is allowed, cheating is not. Seeing as you can't cheat at all, everything is allowed.

    Airdodge = Save?

    Don't mistake "Air dodging" against a wall will result in a tech, which WILL cancel momentum. I'm pretty sure you can't DI out of an air dodge, which is why when you air dodge you can't change direction. Air dodge gets you out of a tumbling animation. Air dodge does not reduce momentum.
