Ok, so after playing Smash a bunch this weekend, it took me 9 hours to unlock all the characters as quickly as possible. And it was such a miserable experience with these arbitrary distance values and 10 minute rule. If people want to unlock the characters fast, then let them do it fast. But I am still enjoying the game quite a bit.
