    Do you care about your w/l?

    I don't care at all about my win loss ratio. It's about learning and improving. A loss can a good thing, if you get bodied and you don't understand why, save and study the replay. If I dominate too many games I actually feel worse about ending my session because I do for glory to improve, not win.

    I'll agree about Sonic since he is the epitome of aggro and a defensive sonic is a gimped sonic. But falcon on the other hand I see more of an opportunist that has some sick punish options and can be played defensively pretty effectively.

    Playing a defensive/attrition based game =/= standing there for the majority of the game. Any projectile based character will wreck someone who is being overly stationary and it's not terrible difficult to mind game people into a hard read smash or grab when they are being too defensive.     Try to focus on having fun and the nerves will fade. One thing I like to do, which probably only applies to training online is blasting some heavy melodic death metal as I toss my pikmin around, my win rate skyrockets and I never choke! lol

    I for one welcome patches. It's such a refreshing thing to see for a Nintendo game. Patching improves games over time, regardless of what people initially think in their nerf rage... and the meta game can shift accordingly, it's actually really unusual for a competitive game to not be patched...

    This is great. I really hope the pikmin AI/desyncing problems are confirmed fix cause that's the worst thing. I may have noticed a an increase in pikmin return speed with whistle, but this could be placebo effect or just visual, cannot confirm.
