    D3? he has **** matchups that are for him or against him.. i honestly wouldnt know where to put him. reasons are

    he basically has a chain grab on everybody
    super heavy weight.
    its just that besides snake he fails against the high top tiers

    I'm not too attuned to where characters should be on the tier list. But it does kinda suck to see Dedede has dropped so much since I last looked at the tiers.
