i'd have to say ness, due to his deceptive range and projectiles. and about the same for toon link, especially since he's faster than his big brother and has about the same attack and better ange with the bow

the Pit bait techinque looks like its the simplest, aside from the Ike b up spam. Kirby stone technique is ok but it takes a long while. I think the safest way to go is probably Jiggs/Kirby/Pit/Meta Knight and bait them off the field.

got seven by spamming ness's pk thunder and fire and lots of ledge hogging. got fifteen when co-op with an ike using Tycho X's stretegy

maybe im just not hardcore enough, but i see very little difference between the two. yes, melee has had seven years to be studied and disected. yes, brawl doesnt have the same potential to be as competitive. but apart from floatier characters and less abusable AT's, they seem like the same game...
