You have many options and rolls are easily punished so that's why you should try to limit using it. You would be best off using a u-tilt, d-smash, or just do "something crazy like a fox". Also for Wolf, you might be able to chain a couple FPs

-Try to double jump, then ES -Jump and then stomp in the air, hopefully stopping your momentum

I think the difference between a great player and a good/average competitive player is mostly: -Spacing -Timing -Practicing the right way :)
