* Venue fee will be waived to anybody who brings a Wii U setup w/ gamecube adapter AND an HD TV, or a PM setup as needed.

All brackets will follow this payout:
> 1st – 60%
> 2nd - 30%
> 3rd - 10%
If any bracket exceeds 40 entrants, the payout split will change to:
> 1st - 48%
> 2nd - 22%
> 3rd - 14%
> 4th - 8%
> Both 5th places - 4%

---SSBB (Brawl) Rules:
-3 stocks, 8 minutes
-Items off
-Same bracket format as Smash 4 and Melee
-1 Counter Pick stage ban
-Stage striking will follow the 1, 2, 1 format
-Ledge Grab Limit is 50 for all characters
-If a match results in a sudden death, just like in Smash 4, the person that has the most damage loses.
-Suicide moves are legal. The player that initiates the move is the victor regardless of what the game indicates
-MK's infinite cape glitch is banned
