Lets make a group or something if that's the case, the non-Japanese smash scene in Asia is non-existent.

Hang in there for awhile pal. If there's not a scene or group of players already available, you'll need to be the first one. It has to start somewhere, after all. So if nobody responds to you right away, don't be surprised, just keep an eye out and show up on forums/sites where smashers congregate and eventually a player(s) from your region will show up there too.
