Can Squirtle or Ivysaur perform this?

Noticed this video today and I was wondering (I am going to practice and see what I can come up with) if Squirtle can do this as he can be quick like Pikachu?

Any ideas on mixing this up Pokemon Trainer style? I don't know if Ivy is fast enough, but Ivy is a lighter weight than Charizard. I guess its worth practicing for all the Pokemon to see how it works for all three.

thanks, and I was just wondering. Though I never see anyone try this and I usually try to grab those bananas and do something forward throw with them when I can.

this is pretty interesting, i knew how to do that with pika but never thought of other ways of doing it without the QAC. that vid with the ness looks kool, lets get a squirtle doing that.
