I know the chain isn't THAT useful, but when I try to edgeguard with it, my Sheik always somehow withdraws it early, instead of hold it out for a really long time. WHy?

yeah, you should always wiggle it when you whip it out
if it just lays there flacid its not very effective

Ive had worse problems... not being able to get past the loading screen in final fantasy tactics for 30 minutes because you had to press "O" instead of the usual "X"... Yeah don't beat yourself up too bad
