Character Freezing Point PERCENT range (When Characters Get Encased In Ice)

Greetings fellow Eskimos,
I want to clear a misconception about the chances of freezing an opponent in ice. First of all, there is a set percentage when each character will freeze (all of which are shown below). Being aware of these percents can help with situational awareness, followups, and best of all style. I was curious to what caused freezing (all my sources were saying it was random), so I did tests until I figured it out. I found these percents using Melee v1.02 Training Mode on FD (set a percent, see if it freezes, repeat). I noticed right away that the first blizzard would freeze much earlier than the subsequent ones, so I figured staleness directly affects it. After that, I came to the conclusion freezing was based off of knockback (If knockback >=X Then Freeze), consequently heavier characters freeze later because they receive less knockback. I then went through every character to find each of their freeze percents, SDing to test the fresh percents. A bit of a warning, the stale ice blocks were stale to the max, so they can freeze earlier if they're less stale, also it's very possible some of the blizzards may be off by 1-2% (multi hit move). Finally, blizzard was spaced to hit in the far mid to close range (from my experience the farthest hitboxs don't freeze).

Discussion
This is my first post, so I tried to do something unique, but if anyone has covered this before at least you now have an easier way to access the information. One stylish thing I do with this is while under a platform Dthrow Nana Blizzard, which Freezes the opponent, then Jump to the above platform and charge an Upsmash, when they get out of the ice block release it. My training partner plays Samus so when he's under the ledge (not grabbing it) I'll make Nana blizzard towards the edge and off stage to punish Samus's linear recover with a freeze, then I have Popo charge an Fsmash releasing it after Samus unfreezes. Also, frozen characters have a large circular hurtbox, so this could be used to rack up damage. If you have any ideas or questions feel free to comment them.

For all the frame people like me: After characters escape the ice block they're stuck in a 10 frame "Ice jump" where you can get a free punish. You can set yourself up for a punish when they're stuck in ice.

I changed the name of the Forum because Kyu Puff had the formulas for freezing. Here's the video I found the info from.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpRZFIVOL7I&list=LLLGb5NhTdq7QIAtm5QIK2IA&index=4
and here's the formulas. To get specific percents (like 2 ice blocks in a row) apply staling to these formulas.

Blizzard Equation:
Min. Freeze % = 0.32(Weight+100)

Ice Block Equation:
Min. Freeze % = 0.76(Weight+100)
