Could a potential threat to Fox be a good Lucas in Brawl? =D

Btw, has Fox gotten better or worse in your opinion?

Lucas is pretty ownage imo. And personally, I think its too early to say whether fox has gotten better or worse. A lot of elements of his style has changed which may sound like a bad thing (i.e waveshining) but he still retains several good qualities such as his upsmash and his speed. However, if I had to make a decision, I would say he got worse.

Fox's Aerials have very poor priority.
Lucas has strong aerials as well and is somewhat disjointed. I find Metaknight to be a Fox counter for the this reason, strong+disjointed aerials. Not even a perfectly timed nAir can penetrate through his attacks.

I find Fox to be a really interesting character to play in Brawl. He seems to have a lot of strengths but then he is countered quite easily.

I would say that Lucas is definitely a threat to Fox, and even to everyone. One of my buddies has been playing him since the Japanese version release and has gotten quite good. Once he discovered b-sticking he's become even more deadly since he is very difficult to approach.

From my experience so far I would say that the characters with solid disjointed hitboxes (Marth and MK come to mind) are the biggest threats to Fox because it can be very dificult for Fox to hit them through their walls of pain :'(

I agree that it is too early to say whether or not Fox is better or worse than in Melee, but I think most people can agree that at the moment, he has not been played as well as he was in Melee, and would appear to be worse. Fox wasn't top tier at the beginning of Melee however and he does show a lot of potential to improve as people begin to figure out his new playstyle.
