This is my first time hosting a netplay tournament so bear with me here!
HERE IS THE REGION, THOSE NEAR/ON THE EDGE MUST HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE INTERNET TO PARTICIPATE. http://i.imgur.com/w1L7UXH.jpg
Please don't have **** internet, we want to try out best to try to go below a buffer of 6 for all matches.
All possible games will be streamed to: http://www.twitch.tv/queuess
NOTE: If your game is going to be streamed we will let you know.
Join the #Frame0Tournament anther's ladder chat to know when the tournament starts and have any/all questions answered.
Don't know how to join an anther's chat? http://i.imgur.com/avfjEIT.jpg
If you're interested in helping TO (Make sure everything runs smoothly/moderate twitch or anther's chat) please don't hesitate to let me know!
These will be weekly/bi weekly tournaments. That will be decided soon enough though, and nothing is concrete about the consistency of these tournaments, unfortunately (due to school/work).
Please DO NOT move on to the next round before a TO says its okay to do so in chat! There will be 1 game streamed per round and we want to make sure people don't get ahead of everyone else.
Before joining please make sure:
- Dolphin is set up correctly, please try not to desync.
- You make it to the tournament on time, those who miss the check in will NOT be allowed to participate.
- You confirm with who you're playing when/if you will start handwarmers and respect your opponent's right to decline handwarmers.
- You start a bo3/bo5 friendlies with your opponent in smashladder, this way the pick/ban stage is regulated by the site. If neither of you want to use it that's totally fine, but quarterfinals on will require the use of anther's ladder.
- Please start a chat of some sort with your opponent so you can communicate each other's concerns with the upcoming match.
Don't bother joining the tournament if:
- Your internet is bad.
- You're uncomfortable with your game being streamed
- You don't have a computer that can run dolphin with little/no problems.
