Having trouble against Toon Link.

Been playing Smash for a few months now and I've gotten fairly decent at the game, I main Pokemon Trainer and my friend plays Toon Link, really struggle against him and was just wondering if anyone had any tips? He tends to not spam his Bomb projectile too much, rather focusing on using his Bow, Up aerial, side B, up B, and down B. Any tips on dealing with him as PT would be greatly appreciated :)
