First, let's look at how many new fighters each game since Melee has introduce; Melee had 13/14 new characters, Brawl had 15 new characters, Smash 4 has 21 new characters and 7 DLC characters, and Ultimate had 11 new characters, 6 echo fighters, and 12 DLC character, so let me think... 1 minute later Oh I know, why not we have 18 new characters, 6 new echo characters, and 14 DLC characters, making this game's roster size 112 playable characters. Anyway, let's begin:

1. Base Roster would basically be Ultimate's roster with DLC included in it as Base and a small number of Newcomers
2. Newcomers: It would likely be characters that were considered but cut from Ultimate. Here is my best guess of some potential Newcomers

a. Rex
b. Shadow (Sonic Clonish... I see it being more like a Fox/Falco situation where they have some noticeable differences)
c. Dixie Kong
d. Impa (Sheik Clone)
e. Chorus Kids (Note: I am wondering if there is a challenge with their moveset because they always come up from Sakurai but never make it)
f. Takamaru


DLC Options (I think we would get only 5 to 7 of these options)

Actually, I just had a thought: what if this hypothetical Deluxe version was called “Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 99”, and it went up to 99 characters? The reason I bring this up is because it could lead to a version of Smash Run where all 99 fighters all fight on the same map.
