How can i do Dthrow, Upair, Nair to Fair?

Hi guys, i just saw kurama do this to a terry, but i try in the practice mode and sometimes is true and sometimes it´s not, what i´m doing wrong? i do the same thing everytime and the 94% of the times it´s not true

its usually percentage based.. some percents it will work and others it wont.
you also probably need a jump cus I'm assuming its: Dthrow -> JUMP -> Uair -> JUMP -> Nair -> Fair
