Frostbite 2018, which is set to have the highest entry numbers of any tournament with Super Smash Bros. Wii U as its primary game, will be February ninth through eleventh in Dearborn, MI. While last year's event was exclusively focused on Smash Wii U, this year a Rivals of Aether singles bracket joins the roster.
Some notable attendees include Saleem “Salem” Young, Samuel “Dabuz” Buzby and Rei “komorikiri” Furukawa. Super Smash Bros. Melee gods Jason “Mew2King” Zimmerman and Juan “Hungrybox” Debiedma have also entered as Smash Wii U competitors.
Unrivaled Tournaments will stream Smash Wii U singles and doubles, while GooshiGaming will stream Rivals of Aether pools. MVG League will also stream Smash Wii U singles and doubles as well as Rivals of Aether top 8.
Hope you guys are excited for the doors to open up on Friday evening.
