Is there a way for only some dr mario skins to launch fireballs instead of pills?

Hi, I'm sorry for the bad wording. I'm not a native English speaker.
I have some mario skins that I replaced with some of Dr. Mario. How can I remove Dr. Mario's effects for Mario's, just for some skins?
