Is there any good high ranking ice climbers that doesn't wobble and actively uses handoffs and desyncs?

Fly amanita is definately a go to, as his style of play is much more aggro (in a controlled way at least) with a good bit of desyncs to go around. Another top tier ic to look at is wobbles. Despite the Legend himself dubbing the term he is definately up there for his nutty desyncs and creative use of the character.

As others have said, Fly and Wobbles are legends, Fluid is a good ICies who plays without wobbling as well.
