The Point System:
Each player will start out with a certain number of points, to be determined by number of entrants.
Players play on full or half point maps.
. . If one player wishes to play on a full point and the other a half, they play on a half.

The loser loses that number of points.
The winner of a full point map gets half a point, up to the possible number of starting points.
. . e.g. Start number points: 4, a player with 4 points wins a full point match, he still has 4.
The winner of a half point map gets nothing.
If you hit zero points, you are eliminated.

Players are given two surrender points in which they do not wish to play a specific player.
Nothing happens to either play in this case.

third party controllers or pads that have these features, but if you
are suspected of using the banned features you will not be allowed to
use that controller any longer.

Tactics such as Jiggly's Rising Pound are allowed as methods of recovery or
to manuever around the stage. Using them (or any similar tactics) to excessively
stall a match, such as dropping below levels intentionally and stalling underneath,
is banned. Judges will be on the tournament floor can be called in at any time to
enforce this rule during a match.

You are responsible to bring your own controller. Any controller is suitable
for this tournament (wii mote/nun chuck/classic), just make sure people around
you are not also syncing at the same time as you.

Ties may be solved by Soccer Balls on high on the custom stage SOCCERFEST.
