Matchup Chart Project 2015 - Calling Dr. Mario Mains!

Hello Dr. Mario boards,

I'm Zareidriel. Over in this thread a guy called Assassannerr made a matchup chart, and asked people to help fill it out. It seems like it would be a cool thing to have. With once glance you could have a rough idea of a matchup. It won't be perfect, but for our first go at it in 2015 we're aiming for "somewhat functional."

So here's what I'm going to do. Go to every Character Discussion board, and ask the folks there if they wouldn't mind contributing. To submit one vote, you'll have to fill out one of these:

Mark each character with a + for a match where Dr. Mario HAS THE ADVANTAGE
Mark each character with a - for a match where Dr. Mario HAS THE DISADVANTAGE
Mark each character with a number 0 for a match you feel is very even.

NOTE THAT I AM ONLY TAKING VOTES FROM MEMBERS WITH Dr. Mario IN THEIR PROFILE BAR. It can be as either "Wii U Main" or "3DS Main". But if Dr. Mario is in neither one of those slots when I count the votes on Friday, Nov 13, it won't be counted.

(Yes, for the avid democrats out there, that means you can vote for one other character as well.)

Like I said, they won't be perfect, and each board will probably be a little biased toward their own respective character. But the results should be interesting regardless.

If this thing is successful maybe we'll do a revised version in 2016.

Is this customs or 1111? Do Miis get all their customs or just 1111?

I'll be happy to contribute to this, though I don't feel my opinion is very valuable compared to some other users of this character. But I guess that will be for the thread to decide.

As far as Miis are concerned, go with whichever of those two options you feel is best, and base your votes off of that. I'm not going to make a hard ruling on something that I don't know nearly enough about.

In my opinion Doc is useful against characters that rely on projectiles, like the Mii Gunner and against heavy characters like Bowser and Charizard . although I do have difficulty in fighting characters such as Jiggs and Kirby with him.

I tired to come of as unbiased as possible, which is hard to say since I put Doc over ZSS.
But it's my honest opinion.

Does on melee, count? I have Dr Mario as my main on both melee and smash 4 along with my other mains as the Mario bros, Pikachu, Kirby, and Rosalina, but I don't play project m or smash 4 on 3DS.

I don't think it does. However, you do have an extra slot there, you can add there if you want. I honestly play Doc more than Puff on 3DS, but I wanted to make a mirror of my Brawl and Melee mains, which is why I put and then

I might do that, but like I said, I don't play the 3DS version. Its just that I main more than two characters and I have 5 mains; At least because not everybody has one or two characters and have their number of mains, but I understand if my votes won't count in the Mario, Pikachu, & Rosalina charts since I have on my profile and don't have ,,&.
