Multiple miis or only 1 per system

Do you think you will be able to make multiple miis or just 1 per system and if you can make more then 1 will there be 1 character slot per mii or 1 character slot for all miis and when you press it a sub selection comes up?

I would hope that SSB4 will allow more than one Mii to be usable on the different Mii Playstyles.
