Greetings!

I'll make no effort to hide my age - I'm a 13 year old from Iowa in the U.S, but I'm turning 14 a week from now. I'm much more active on the Serenes Forest forums, where I've been since late 2013 and am better known as Draco. I would be Draco on here, but unfortunately, the name was taken and I had to settle. No, I'm not original.

Super Smash Brothers was one of the first games I've ever played, at around maybe four years old. I began with Melee, which I wasn't the best at until recently (I played Roy, Mewtwo, and Young Link for most of my life until I realized they're not the most viable). I've played some of 64 as well at my grandma's house many years ago, but it's the one I've played the least of out of the series and thus, have the least experience with. Anyway, Melee: I played that game especially a lot when I was younger, I did most of the unlocking and event matches. Played it and loved it, I have some nostalgia for it.

Brawl came out a year or two later, I was maybe 6 at the time. I was hyped for this, but had Brawl and Melee's title mixed up for awhile, said I was really excited for Melee. Did anyone correct me? Nope! Anyway, my eldest sister and I did a lot of the unlocking, and I was overjoyed to find that she asked me to help her do the SSE (She's my favorite person ever, but we don't play games together often). I actually got halfway decent at this one, I think. I don't remember what characters I started with, unfortunately.

4 came out about a month before my 13th birthday. I knew almost everything about the cast but I didn't actually get to play it until I got the game on my birthday (3 days after I got the 3DS). I tried every character out and thought I had a bunch of mains (Robin, Toon Link, Dark Pit, and Peach, among others). I dropped just about every one of them.

More about me: I have 3 older sisters, no brothers. I'm pretty shy and antisocial, not a lot of friends for most of my life, and definitely none that ever played games with me. For the most part, I played Smash alone unless my older male cousin came over to play with me. I like said cousin a lot and we had a lot of the same interests and games growing up, always borrowing the games the other didn't have to each other. He's like a brother to me, only living person I played Smash with for quite some time. Less about games, I watch anime and read manga and stuff too. Psycho-Pass and Gurren Lagann are some of my favorites.

List of every character I play in the Smash games, if you're interested:
64: Been forever, but I'm pretty sure it was Link.
Melee: Luigi and Marth atm.
Brawl: Lucas and Ike. I tried Fox for awhile.
PM: Roy, Marth, and Luigi.
3DS Mains: Jigglypuff and Lucas
3DS Secondaries: Shulk and Roy. These four are always going in between Mains and Secondaries, it's not super consistent all the time.
3DS Tertiaries: Mario. Sometimes I play Ganon, Ness, and Lil Mac when I need to troll For Glory.

TL;DR, hi I'm Draco, I do stuff I think. I play Smash and I'm probably not gonna be terribly active here.

Anyway, I'm more active on SF but I have an account here now. Sorry about the long read!

Thanks guys!

I do have a question, though: on SF, there's a rule against Necroposting, which is the act of posting in a thread that's been inactive for a month and is off the first page of its board. Is there any rule against it here? I scanned the global rules and couldn't find anything but before I go posting in any more threads I'd like to be sure.

Thanks in advance!

Nice to see more Melee Marth players!

Also i believe there is a rule to Nercroposting. I have seen this happen before and the threads got locked. :)

If the thread is several months/years old, then it'll probably be locked and not much more, unless you're a repeat offender. In some boards though, it is sometimes preferred to bump an older thread instead of starting a new one. If you're unsure, it's best to ask the moderator assigned to the board you're posting in.
