No, the easiest thing would be to make them free.
So something that won't really happen. It's one thing if Sakurai couldn't finish a mode in time. It's another to have a character, stage, or costume. They aren't already planned for base initially, and they cost more time and work to make. The whole reason why they cost money is people should be paid for their work.

The easiest thing is to make them cheap with bundles so people get money for their hard work.

Though part of the issue stems from them not really be willing to give regular characters costumes. Mii Costumes at least are unique characters, so it's easier to justify selling them(I would've liked them bundled as an option, but companies want more bang for their buck, so. Hell, it's easy to see that as the entire reason they're DLC. 3rd Party companies want to get royalties every single time it's bought. It makes sense).

The more i think about it, the most it makes sense for her to be added as DLC. And like you said, she's what comes up when i think about ER.

Would be cool, altrough not sure what are the chances of it, i think it's possible but not likely to happen, i think it will only happen if a niche 3rd party character picks up Sakurai's interest and Nintendo is okay with it taking a FP pass spot.

About Z-A....the game looks....good? People in the youtube comments are saying it looks bad, but i don't get why honestly, i also heard someone say it took inspiration from Palworld....which im insure if it's true or not as i never played Palworld.
Also, Luminose City is likely to return as a stage in Smash 6 now, i guess lol.
I kinda doubt there was any inspiration from PalWorld, at least for meaningful mechanics. Granted, I mainly know PalWorld as the ARK Survival Evolved clone with guns and bootleg Pokemon that sells itself on controversial content that's actually punished in the game proper, so I might not have a full understanding. Still, one of the big complaints is that PalWorld is super derivative without much unique mechanics, so I dunno what Z-A could pull from it. I guess there's the character running around in the battle, but that was already in Legends Arceus, and the combat looks like Xenoblade more than anything

If we get DLC items, assist trophies, and the like, the easiest thing to do is to bundle them in with a Challenger Pack.
My guess is that they'll either be added in a challenger pack release that alings with the item or AT, for example: A genshin impact assists gets added along the genshin impact challenger pack or completely random like Small Battlefield, both completely free.

Yeah but Gardevoirs hot.
I mean... Typhlosion's a fire type. It's pretty hot as well.

Yeah, I can't see them having an AT being sold by itself. Too few people would buy it, especially considering a lot of people don't play with items and a new assist is just one in a whole pool who can be chosen. Honestly, they might see adding new assists as worth the effort in general, even with new challenger packs.

I’m not sure I’m understanding or liking where this conversations is going.
Me neither.

Anyway, event matches! In a pitch that I’m working on, I decided to organize the amount of events difficulty.
  • Solo Events
    • 8 Beginner-level events
    • 8 Easy events
    • 8 Normal-level events
    • 8 Hard events
    • 8 Expert-level events
  • Co-op Events
    • 8 Beginner-level events
    • 8 Easy events
    • 8 Normal-level events
    • 8 Hard events
    • 8 Expert-level events
Here’s the table I’m using, if you’re curious.

Snake Man's stage from Metal Blade Solid
Ooooh, so that's why his win screen is a burning void :4pacman:
Yeah, I know it's a reference to an event in FF7, but it's funnier this way
Judge: "You have killed countless innocents in an attempted genocide!"

Sephiroth: "Your honor, in my defense:"
the stands behind them burst into flames
"I'm kinda hot right now."

Judge: "Fair enough. I'll let it slide for now."

This randomly appeared in my YouTube recommendations and made me think how likely is an Atelier character to join smash? I think Ryza is the most popular protagonist recently since her games sold the most but this new protag in this new upcoming game looks like she would fit well in smash with her more physical combat moves that a lot of other Atelier protags lack from what I seen.

Tho I imagine since Atelier is owned by Koei Tecmo they would have competition with Ryu Hayabusa wish I imagine is way more likely for smash.

I feel like if any Atelier character got in, it would have to be Ryza. She's in a similar position to Cloud in Final Fantasy, being by far the most recognisable character. Heck, I didn't even know there were other Atelier games until a few months ago, and I consider myself something of a gaming nerd.

Man, i hope the next game has events matches, they're such a fun concept, since next game might not have spirit battles, it might be the time to bring them back.

Yeah makes sense. Probably it be Ryza who Sakurai picks as a character then.

Okay, let's say each game (4 WiiU/3DS have diferent stages, so i'm counting them as separate here) has two returning stages in Smash 6, which ones do you think are the most likely to return?
2 stages from Smash 64
2 stages from Melee
2 stages from Brawl
2 stages from 4WiiU
2 stages from 43DS
2 stages from Ultimate

Really? Not the Unova starter mixed with the 2 Johto ones?

...which they probably did because Legends Arceus already had Cyndaquil anyway.
Yes I meant the Totodile line seems overall much more popular than the other two.

And yeah, if it was "runt of the litter," that would be Tepig, with that line being possibly the least popular starter line ever.
For me personally, that was the start of a long line of Fire starters where I liked the first form but the final form just did not appeal to me at all. Like, Tepig, Fennekin, Litten, Scorbunny, and Fuecoco all look really good to me but I am really not a fan of the designs for their final forms, Emboar and Incineroar especially. To each their own, I guess.

Bayleaf is cool though, it's Chikorita and especially Meganium that fail to hit.
Actually it was Chik that got ranked highest on PotY 2020 fwiw, but Bayleaf has anime vibes so I see the argument there.

64- Yoshi's Island, Dream Land- Consistent appearances throughout Smash
Melee- Final Destination, Battlefield- Perhaps the most iconic Smash stages
Brawl- Smashville(represents Animal Crossing, understated but the moving platform adds dynamism), Frigate Orpheon(Represents Metroid, the stage flipping is interesting)
3DS- Prism Tower(A Pokemon Stage that also handily represents the upcoming Legends ZA), Boxing Ring(The boxing titles are a nice easter egg, though I'm basing this more on vibes)
WiiU- Wily Castle(Megaman was one of the first big reveals for Smash4, adds a stage with a boos), Mario Kart Circuit(Represents Mario, the playing with gravity is kind of fun) OR Mario Galaxy(For similar reasons)
Ultimate- Moray Towers(Splatoon rep, very vertical stage), Great Plateau(Zelda rep- BoTW was a big deal)
