So with sheik what would a good "anti-peach" sheik DO and not DO for these situations. I asked Cort the same question but half of it was basically unanswered since he never use sheik against peach.

Game play
1.) against a turnip rushing peach throws turnip forward and dash attack.
2.) gets a turnip and FC over with down air and drops the turnips.
3.) Peach decides to turnip camp.
4.) FC down air into down smash.

When recovering.
1.) Throws turnips at you and edge hogs?
2.) Floats out with neutral air?
3.) Jump out with neutral air?
4.) Peach thats camps and wait while your holding onto the edge.

Ding throw.
a.) Peaches down throw (I've been re grab before or get hit by dash attack).
b.) Peaches forward throw when your near the edge.

Platform:
down smash on top of platform especially on Fountain of dream sometimes i get sucked in.

Edge guarding
Peach floats out high and above you and decides to air doge to grab edge (thats mind game i know).
1.) In all case assumed she hasn't use her double jump yet, my friends know how to di).
a.) When peach approaches below you?
b.) When peach is on same level as you?
c.) When peach is coming way above you?
d.) When peach floats over you with her par sol and than cancel it on last minutes?
2.) When your near the edge and peach is grabbing it.

Down throw combos
1.) In low percentage (0 to 40).
a.) Doesn't di.
b.) Di's away
c.) Di's into you.
d.) Uses neutral air.
2.) In mid percentage 40 to 80.
a.) Doesn't di.
b.) Di's away
c.) Di's into you.
3.) In high percentage 80 and above.
a.) Doesn't di.
b.) Di's away
c.) Di's into you.

If all else fail i just go back to marth and fair and grab camp peach

1.) against a turnip rushing peach throws turnip forward and dash attack. - lol roll backward? jump? c'mon.
2.) gets a turnip and FC over with down air and drops the turnips. - lol roll away? CC the dtilt and dsmash? don't let a peach FC over you?
3.) Peach decides to turnip camp. - keep the pressure on him
4.) FC down air into down smash. - ... what the hell. roll away, CC to smash, space an f-air, etc

When recovering.
1.) Throws turnips at you and edge hogs? - Up-B onto the stage, CC the first hit of the dsmash, and stop after the second. you'll get sent toward the center of the stage
2.) Floats out with neutral air? - that's stupid. if they do it twice and you don't punish the second one, quit this game.
3.) Jump out with neutral air? - more stupid.
4.) Peach thats camps and wait while your holding onto the edge. - switch it up. get up, roll up, WD up, shino stall until he gets pissed, etc

Ding throw.
a.) Peaches down throw (I've been re grab before or get hit by dash attack). - DI behind them
b.) Peaches forward throw when your near the edge. - so? DI up at high percent, and I personally DI down at low percent. i dunno if thats a good idea

Platform:
down smash on top of platform especially on Fountain of dream sometimes i get sucked in.

Edge guarding
Peach floats out high and above you and decides to air doge to grab edge (thats mind game i know). - don't be stupid. reaction time is key
1.) In all case assumed she hasn't use her double jump yet, my friends know how to di).
a.) When peach approaches below you? - run off the side of the platform and b-air or f-air
b.) When peach is on same level as you? - space an fair, bair, CC to dsmash, grab, whatever
c.) When peach is coming way above you? - run away. often enough this is nearly impossible to outprioritize. her dair is ridiculous.
d.) When peach floats over you with her par sol and than cancel it on last minutes? - mindgames. approach her, make her respond to something, grab her. she has like no lag after she lands with the umbrella.
2.) When your near the edge and peach is grabbing it. - be creative.

Down throw combos
1.) In low percentage (0 to 40).
a.) Doesn't di. - usmash or maybe regrab
b.) Di's away - fair
c.) Di's into you. - be creative
d.) Uses neutral air. - you're too slow, quit this game.
2.) In mid percentage 40 to 80.
a.) Doesn't di. - fair
b.) Di's away - fair
c.) Di's into you. - fair?
3.) In high percentage 80 and above.
a.) Doesn't di. - fair
b.) Di's away - fair
c.) Di's into you. -not sure. if they're DIing into you at 80 and above, tell them to quit this game.

this matchup is tough for me, but that's because i'm stupid. camp needles and play smart. DI the dsmash up, generally. avoid her when she's floating, unless you can surprise her.

1.) against a turnip rushing peach throws turnip forward and dash attack.

A: Roll safely away, powershield the turnip, catch the turnip, jump over the turnip and mindgame, block both and shield grab.

2.) gets a turnip and FC over with down air and drops the turnips.

A: Try not to be below her when she does this, don't sit in your shield, pressure her with short hopped needles, or needle grabs (not sure if she can CC or not) Shuffled Fairs.

3.) Peach decides to turnip camp.

Hit her with needles, yours are faster and easier.

4.) FC down air into down smash.

Block the dair and roll unpredictably, or you can try really hard to avoid being in range of dairs.

When recovering.
1.) Throws turnips at you and edge hogs?

A: Make the stage and DI up and towards the stage immediately. Or Aim above the ledge so you can fall and grab the ledge when he stands to dsmash you, pretty much your only choices if you cant sweetspot with a jump.

2.) Floats out with neutral air?

A: Save your double jump and suprise him with Fairs every now and again, Up B unpredictably.

3.) Jump out with neutral air?

A: Dodge it?

4.) Peach thats camps and wait while your holding onto the edge.

A: Try mixing Shino and Needle stalling until they back up a bit, or just pop them in the face with a fair.

Ding throw.
a.) Peaches down throw (I've been re grab before or get hit by dash attack).

A: Towards or away from them unpredictably.

b.) Peaches forward throw when your near the edge.

A: Up and towards them.

Platform:
down smash on top of platform especially on Fountain of dream sometimes i get sucked in.

A: Don't jump into her on a platform, roll away.

Edge guarding
Peach floats out high and above you and decides to air doge to grab edge (thats mind game i know).

A: Be patient, and accurate, if you arent predictable with your attacks and she airdodges at the wrong time she dies, so if you dont attack predictably she cant airdodge reliably, simple as that.

1.) In all case assumed she hasn't use her double jump yet, my friends know how to di).
a.) When peach approaches below you?
b.) When peach is on same level as you?
c.) When peach is coming way above you?
d.) When peach floats over you with her par sol and than cancel it on last minutes?

If all else fail i just go back to marth and fair and grab camp peach

Hope this helps, that bottom half is way to subjective, just use plenty of downthrows and needle camping, and fairs, also well spaced bairs. Uairs after 130%

HAT you dont have to be arrogant in your answers. If the repeated ''lol'' in your post were not meant to be arrogant then I apologize.

I played this matchup alot from both sides... and I also watched alot of Vidjo vs Drephen, so I hope this helps.

Peach's speciality IMO is her pressure game, when she gets the chance to get it started you're in trouble. However, Sheik has the tools to avoid the pressure. Camp and punish mistakes, but don't let her push you towards the ledge too much... You can go for the riskier Fair to quickly swipe her off her floats or you can zone her with Bairs. I prefer smaller stages as Peach and larger stages as Sheik.

Once you get a grab/hit... go from there and keep up the pressure.

Game play
1.) against a turnip rushing peach throws turnip forward and dash attack.

That's an uncommon turnip rush... Peach's safest rush is with a FC'd aerial but the dash attack is good to get the counter hit or to punish a late jump or an early roll. If the specific Peach you're playing tends to abuse dash atks without a specific reason, then you should make him remeber that the move is unsafe on block.

2.) gets a turnip and FC over with down air and drops the turnips.

You should try to avoid being under her. If she v-drops during a Dair then she will probably have the time to land and followup before you get out of shield stun. Advice on how to deal on Fair will follow...

3.) Peach decides to turnip camp.

Needles > Turnips... try to get a good position where you can outspam her. You can catch a few turnips but don't show her that you're trying to catch a turnip or else they'll use that opportunity to rush you.

4.) FC down air into down smash.

Roll before she lands on the ground: if she crosses you up, roll forward to avoid the Nair/Fair/Dsmash. If she doesn't, roll backwards to avoid the Bair/Dsmash. If you sit in your shield then Peach will got a great shield stab opportunity but you probably know this so the Peach will mostly try to punish the roll so be careful, she might also try something like landing and dash atk/dash grab/dash cancelled dsmash (mixup). Peach isn't that fast so if you roll in the correct direction you will usually have the time to defend against the followup attack.

When recovering.
1.) Throws turnips at you and edge hogs?

A well placed turnip at higher % to edgehog will kill you... if coming from above try fastfalling to avoid the **** thing... you can't do a thing if you're too far and under.

When she edgehogs either go for the ledge, use the CC trick if she downsmashes.
If she's over 100% it will take her more time to get back on the stage so she will get up from the ledge more quickly... you have more chances to fake her out and go for the ledge

2.) Floats out with neutral air? 3.) Jump out with neutral air?

Sometimes you can fastfall to avoid this. Or else you try to dbl-jump fair to punish... depends on position and angle.

4.) Peach thats camps and wait while your holding onto the edge.

Stall. Stall and more stall. If she's floating and in range, Fair. WD onto stage to shield is usually the safest option. Watch out for the CC attempt. You can also ledgehop Fair > regrab ledge.

Also, she can't do much when you're ledge stalling so don't hesitate to do so if you're comfortable and running out of shield

Ding throw.
a.) Peaches down throw (I've been re grab before or get hit by dash attack).

DI behind her

b.) Peaches forward throw when your near the edge.

Survival DI

Platform:
down smash on top of platform especially on Fountain of dream sometimes i get sucked in.

Stay away from Peach on a platform... or bait the downsmash

If she's in range of needles... needle her. Other than that, try to use fakeouts and try to predict. If she's too far/high... charge a few needles and wait that she gets in range for edgeguard attempt.

Down throw combos
1.) In low percentage (0 to 40).
a.) Doesn't di. >> utilt, usmash
b.) Di's away >> regrab // ftilt at higher %
c.) Di's into you. >> tilt
d.) Uses neutral air. >> you didn't react in time
2.) In mid percentage 40 to 80.

Follow DI and tilt > aerial

3.) In high percentage 80 and above

Follow DI and aerial

peach is a *****. i approach with short hop and full hop fairs, spam needles, and run away most of the match. don't jab too much, she'll CC.

if she DIs away at < 10% you can regrab
if no DI at very low % she'll nair so use an uptilt (upsmash isn't fast enough at really low percents)

at higher percents just fair. if she DIs towards you or has no DI, uair.

dont pick yoshi's story

I've had this matchup explained like this to me: Peach will try her hardest to close in on you. She'll use turnips to get close and then beat on you so use your needles and B-air to keep her away. Needle canceling into a combo is useful here, heck needles in general are useful here. You have more range than her on your attacks so if she takes to the air use your slap or Bair to knock her away.

Personally I like to dash/wave-dance around against peach since I've played her more in the past week. You want her to always be thinking "where is sheik coming from now?" You're much faster than her so take advantage of that to space outside of her range and inside yours.

That's about all I know about the matchup.

EDIT: Another thing, never roll towards peach to get around a turnip and try to avoid rolling/dodging the turnips in general or at least if peach is coming at you while throwing them. Smaller levels make peach a harder foe IMO, battlefield and dreamland are good choices... I just like them for any character in general, platforms make me happy. Just focus on spacing yourself and don't get too distracted by the turnips.
