Rage affect B-moves?

I'm wondering if rage affects b-moves as well? If so, fully charged shieldbreaker>fully charged f-smash as a punish of a broken shield, if not, does fully charged f-smash have more knockback?

This would be so good if rage does affect specials. Counter, up-b, dancing blade...would make playing marth's OoS options even more potent when he has rage.

I'm not sure, it should be tested but as of now I always use tippered Breaker after breaking shield anyways.
