Keep in mind I'm a Link main and I don't know much in how to play sheik, just how to lose to her/him a lot :D

Well, first off, your shiek is REALLY predictable. Do less dash attacks, more mindgames. Edgegaurd fox/falco with Nair mostly. Learn to wavedash without holding shield, stuff like that.

You should use your needles more and should charge them up more often
You should use your tilts more they are godly
You have a very jumpy Sheik...Stop that.
Lean to wavedash well with Sheilk it helps
Learn to wavesheild with Sheik it helps.
Lean to wavegrab with Sheik it helps
Even though the up smash can be useful you over use it try using the up tilt more.
Abuse Sheiks jabs whenever you can it is by far sheiks gayest weapon
Get better opponents
I could go on...You have a far way to go.

Compare to other characters yes sheiks short hop isn't good but it is far from being useless in combat.
Examples of use:

Short hop to needle storm into running grab. Even if your opponent shields this attack you have an almost 100% guaranteed grab on them if you land while throwing needles.
Short hop to fair. There’s very little lag after this move once L canceled and if you hit the lower part of their shield it can become extremely hard to punish.

Oh and about the jab question I was talking about just the single jab. It’s a great way to make your opponent to hover around you which can allow you to get another hit in. My favor being when Marth gets around 110 damage a single jab will place him perfectly for a fair if he doesn’t react quickly enough.

Also is there a 'safe' way to charge needles? I don't charge them often because if I create space I get lasered....

i think what everyone is trying to say is try and use more advanced or at least learn more techs. and no offense but that falco u were playing is horrible i think to get better u got to play better people at least thats what i think if u play some 1 bad who doesn't di or at least spam shl in his matches with falco or doesnt do anything to make it harder for u to get combos u make ur self lonly lookbetter not be better. oh and booger try to be more nicer like tell him what he needs to acheive to be better not be a lil baby.

Ok so where to start then... a lot of work is what I was expecting but what takes priority to work on making habbit?
Better competition will come when I get some $$ but other than that... I dunno...
